Fanny Babey

Fanny Babey is a Talent Manager currently serving as the Global Talent Development Manager at Lectra since 2025. Previously, Fanny held various roles at Albéa Group, including HR Talent Manager and HR Business Partner, where they focused on talent management strategies and HR processes across multiple regions. Fanny's background also includes significant experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, exemplified by positions at Pernod Ricard and Aviva. Fanny earned a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility from Université Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark.
