Heathfield Michael

Heathfield Michael has extensive experience in credit and accounts receivable management, currently serving as a Credit Specialist at Lectra since May 2004, where responsibilities include managing customer accounts, reconciling, and developing credit policies. Prior to Lectra, Heathfield was the Corporate Credit Manager at Onity from April 1998 to April 2004, overseeing 15,000 open accounts across 25,000 shipping locations, managing a $16 million credit portfolio, and implementing new credit procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Collection Manager at GC Services from March 1992 to March 1998, where oversight included managing high-profile clients and enhancing placement strategies. Heathfield holds a degree from East Tennessee State University.
