Jerin Xavier

Jerin Xavier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, project management, and business consulting. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Scoville Hot Chicken since February 2021, Jerin also holds the position of Lean Business Consultant and Project Manager at Lectra, where responsibilities include presenting financial justifications to C-Level executives, managing project implementations for manufacturing solutions, and leading the launch of an Industry 4.0 solution for over 350 North American customers. Prior experience includes three years as a Manufacturing Engineer at Acuity Brands, where Jerin managed a team, oversaw factory audits, and facilitated over 30 Kaizen events focused on continuous improvement. Jerin began a career path in operations and logistics with internships at notable companies such as Amazon and UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Jerin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Kennesaw State University and furthered education at Villanova University.
