Jose Guzman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American. Currently serving as the Director of Aftermarket Sales at Lectra since November 2019, Jose oversees full P&L responsibility for over $50 million in annual recurring revenue while successfully scaling revenue from $19 million to $50 million through innovative agreements and premium product upselling. Prior experience includes managing over $25 million in annual sales as a Key Account Manager at IMS Gear Georgia Inc. and substantially improving sales and cost efficiency at Kern-Liebers USA as both a Sales Engineer and Controls and Process Engineer, leading to significant revenue growth and operational savings.
