Matea Hegedic

Matea Hegedic is an experienced Account Manager currently working at Lectra since January 2021, focusing on customer relationship management within the automotive sector in Northern and Eastern Europe. Previously, Matea held the role of Account Manager for the fashion segment in the Adriatic region, Bulgaria, and Hungary at Lectra. Prior to Lectra, experience includes working at Printec Group from January 2015 to December 2020 as both Account Manager and Cluster Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing relationships with financial and retail companies in Croatia and improving organizational processes. Earlier roles include Account Manager and Sales and Marketing Assistant at Printec Group and Community Manager at Web Pulse, where Matea developed skills in customer engagement, marketing, and web management. Matea holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb, and is furthering education through Dale Carnegie Training.
