Sylvain Millet has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Sylvain started their career at Peugeot as an Engineer in Logistics from September 2004 to April 2007. Sylvain then joined JA Delmas where they held different positions including Maintenance Contract Manager from April 2007 to November 2009, Parts Manager Mining from January 2009 to October 2012, and After Sales Mining Manager from October 2012 to February 2019. Since March 2019, they have been working at Lectra where they initially served as Vice President of Customer Success Operations responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving operational objectives. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, where they lead customer success efforts and maintains and develops post-sales revenues.
