Director, Customer Experience

Mark Won is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and product marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Lectric eBikes since May 2025, Mark previously held various leadership roles at Opendoor from September 2015 to February 2025, including Director of Voice of Customer, Head of Support, and General Manager in Phoenix. Prior experience includes positions at Orbit Baby as Global Product Marketing Manager and International Sales Manager, and roles in public service with the City and County of San Francisco as Housing Policy Manager. Mark's early career involved project management and marketing roles, with a foundational education in Economics and History from Stanford University and a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
