Debashis Bhuniya

Debashis Bhuniya is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in Manufacturing and Quality, Product Validation and Development, and Cost Saving Initiatives. They currently serve as the Plant Head at Lectrix EV Pvt Ltd, focusing on operations cost management and process improvements. Previously, Debashis held key positions at several notable companies, including DGM-MQA at Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited and Sr. Manager at TVS Motor Company, where they established quality management systems and developed manufacturing processes. Debashis earned a Master's degree in Manufacturing System Engineering and Operations Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur.
