Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Lectrix since October 2024, Nagaraj leads projects involving two-wheeler automotive trims and transforms designs into manufacturable plastic parts. Prior to this role, Nagaraj worked as a Senior Engineer at Ola Electric, focusing on EV two-wheeler trim design and electro-mechanical enclosure development. Nagaraj began a career as a NPD Design Engineer at Qualitech Industrial Pvt Ltd, where design work included sheet metal parts for commercial vehicles. Additionally, Nagaraj gained experience at Dürr Group as a Design Engineer, working on full paint shop systems for various OEMs. Nagaraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
