Daniel Falk

Daniel Falk is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chefsjurist at Ledarna – Sveriges chefsorganisation since May 2023. Falk has held various roles in the field of labor law and negotiations, including Förhandlingschef Industri and Förbundsjurist at Sveriges Ingenjörer from September 2013 to May 2023, and Förbundsjurist at SKTF / Vision from September 2006 to August 2013. Previous positions include Ombudsman and Förbundsjurist at Sif, as well as Handläggare at Sifs akassa. Daniel Falk holds a Jur kand degree in Labor, Contract, and Procedural Law from Uppsala University, completed in 2004, and has further educational background from Södertörn University.
