Sara Kullgren

Sara Kullgren has extensive experience in legal and negotiation roles, primarily within various departments of the Swedish government and organizations. Currently serving as Förhandlingschef and Avdelningschef at Ledarna – Sveriges chefsorganisation since December 2012, Kullgren has held multiple leadership positions in the organization, including roles focused on legal services and community policies. Previous experience includes working as Ämnessakkunnig at Regeringskansliet, Näringsdepartementet, and as a jurist at Medlingsinstitutet. Kullgren's educational background includes an Executive Master of Business Administration from Chefakademin and a Juristexamen from Uppsala University. Kullgren has actively contributed to various labor market investigations and legislative inquiries throughout a career spanning over two decades.
