Ruby O'Neill

Ruby O'Neill (Rattan) is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles at Ledcor since February 2012, including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Ruby undertook a world travel adventure for six months in 2017, visiting 22 countries. Ruby's career began at Ausenco as an Assistant in People & Performance from April 2010 to February 2012. Ruby holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, complemented by a Business Management Diploma from the same institution.
