Susannah Chance

Susannah Chance has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From 1996 onwards, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at both Leddy Group and Work Opportunities Unlimited. At Leddy Group, they provided consulting and training services for various clients and supported staffing teams focusing on HR, Accounting & Finance, and Executive and Administrative roles. At Work Opportunities Unlimited, they oversaw HR functions, including recruiting, retention, and legal compliance, for the company's operations in multiple states and led management and supervisory training programs. Additionally, Susannah is a Board Member at both Bank of New Hampshire and the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire.

Susannah Chance has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business. Susannah also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM, the PI Certified Talent Optimization certification from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
