LedeWire is the settlement infrastructure for agentic and AI-powered access to licensed digital IP. AI agents and the platforms that power them are becoming the dominant interface for research, analysis, and information retrieval—but they have no way to pay for the licensed sources they depend on.

AI agents, now among the most active consumers of digital IP, don’t navigate paywalls. They hit them and stop, route around them, or—in a pattern that’s already triggered lawsuits from the The New York Times to Getty Images—find ways to ingest information without a dollar returning to the source.

The gap between what AI agents consume and what publishers earn from that consumption has no infrastructure solution today.

LedeWire is the answer to that structural gap. We’re the settlement layer connecting AI to the sources it needs to thrive—and the rails creating a new revenue stream for digital IP owners in the AI era.
