Kareem Youssef

Kareem Youssef is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leading and managing information technology operations. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Ledgebrook since December 2025, Kareem previously held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Progyny, Inc. from August 2016 to December 2025, where responsibilities included IT strategy development, vendor management, and contract negotiations. Prior roles include Director of Technical Operations and Senior Manager of IT & Security at Progyny, where Kareem focused on technical operations, service level agreements, and compliance with critical regulations. Additionally, previous positions encompass IT management and support roles at Beatport, project management at Arc90 and Readability, and a foundation in client management at Five Star Entertainment. Kareem holds a Diploma with Honors in Audio Engineering & Production from the Institute of Audio Research and is a graduate of Brooklyn College.
