Keith DuBois

Keith DuBois, CPCU, is a claims professional with over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry. Most recently, they served as Claims Lead at Ledgebrook from 2024 to 2025. Previously, Keith held various positions including Director of Claims at an undisclosed company and Regional Claim Manager at IFG Companies, where their responsibilities included overseeing staff and managing vendor compliance. They also worked at BITCO Insurance Companies as Claims Manager, managing the New Orleans claim office and handling complex commercial claims. Keith earned a B.S. in Finance from Elon University in 1988.
