Alexandre BLANC has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and employment law. Alexandre started their career as a trainee lawyer at PRAXES-AVOCATS in 2010 and then worked as a Labor Employment Law Associate at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei from 2011 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Jeantet - avocats as a Labor Employment Law Associate. In 2018, they joined Ledger as the Vice President Human Resources, overseeing a team of around 1,000 employees. Alexandre later took on the role of GLOBAL EMPLOYMENT LAWYER before leaving in February 2020.

Alexandre BLANC began their education in 2005 at Lycée Jean Jaurès in Reims, where they completed a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles (CPGE) in Lettres supérieures. Alexandre then attended Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, where they obtained a Licence de droit with a mention in droit privé in 2009. Alexandre continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master 1 de droit with a mention in droit social in 2010. In 2011, they completed a Master 2 Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail. Alexandre then pursued their legal education further by attending the Ecole de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la cour d'appel de Paris, where they obtained a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat in 2013. Lastly, they completed their education at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 2016, obtaining a Doctorat de droit with a specialization in Droit privé général.
