Alexis K.

Alexis K. is an accomplished professional in the realm of total rewards and HR operations, currently serving as the Head of Total Reward and HR Operations at Ledger since October 2025. Prior to this role, Alexis held the position of Vice President and Head of Total Rewards at Galapagos from June 2020 to September 2025, leading the Total Rewards function for an international biotech company. Previous experience includes serving as VP, Global Head of Compensation & Mobility at Takeda following its acquisition of Shire, where Alexis was the Global Head of Compensation & Mobility as well as Senior Director, Global Head of Executive & Equity Reward. Other significant roles include Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation at Towers Perrin and various legal positions at Allen & Overy and Linklaters. Academically, Alexis holds a MA (Cantab) in Law from the University of Cambridge, alongside a Diploma in French Legal Studies and completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
