Matthis Quin

Matthis Quin is the Head of Legal for Ledger Enterprise since July 2018, overseeing the regulatory strategy and global interactions with regulators for a self-custody solution for crypto-assets. Responsibilities include leading negotiations for various agreements, including SaaS contracts and vendor partnerships. Prior to this role, Matthis worked as an Associate in Derivatives and Structured Products at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, advising on regulatory structuring of cryptocurrency exchanges. Additional experience includes positions at Merrill Lynch in equity derivatives across Asia-Pacific and BNP Paribas CIB in legal advisory for derivatives products. Matthis holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Banking and Financial Law, Business Law, and Tax System from prestigious institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
