Roman Wilhelm

Roman Wilhelm currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Ledger since July 2019, leading consumer services and previously managing the Trust Services Business Unit. Responsibilities have included structuring engineering teams and overseeing the integration of Blockchain protocols in enterprise solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Scaled Risk, where Roman was a Team Leader and Big Data/Back-end Engineer, contributing to foundational application development. Early career experiences include internships at Société Générale, Concordia University, and the University of Central Lancashire, focusing on data mining, data visualization, and R&D in interactive interfaces. Roman holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and a Master of Science in Economic Information Systems from Polytech Montpellier and the University of Montpellier, respectively.
