Elena Musat

Elena Musat is the Managing Director at Ledgertech since January 2021. Previously, Elena worked at IBM as a Learning & Leadership Development Program Manager from June 2016 to January 2021. Prior to that, Elena was the Managing Director at EZSource from August 2003 to June 2016. Elena also has experience as a Business English Teacher at Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București and as a Foreign Language Consultant at Centrul Educatia 2000+. Elena holds a BA in Foreign Languages, MAs in Discourse Analysis and Canadian Studies from the University of Bucharest. Elena is known for their leadership development programs and successful business growth initiatives.
