James Seely is an accomplished leader in customer experience and go-to-market strategies, currently serving as Head of CX at Ledgy, a market-leading equity management software in the UK and Europe, since February 2024. Previously, at Syndicate from February 2022 to January 2024, James held the positions of Head of GTM and GTM Lead for Institutional Products, focusing on strategic partnerships and outreach to institutional investors. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Carta from December 2014 to March 2022, where James progressed through various roles, notably as Senior Product Strategist, where a K-1 tax product was launched, generating over $1 million in annual recurring revenue. James also led strategic accounts management, opened the New York office for public market entry, and played a key role in a major rebranding initiative. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Santa Clara University in 2014.
