Mika Simonen

Mika Simonen is a Chief Supply Chain Officer at LEDiL Oy, specializing in quality, process development, and continuous improvement. From 2008 to 2012, they held various roles at Nokia, including Senior Manager of Repair Excellence and Analysis Centres and Manufacturing Manager. Mika subsequently worked at Helvar Oy Ab as Manager of Customer Quality and International Technical Support, and later as Head of Quality. They returned to LEDiL in 2017, initially as Quality Manager, before becoming Director of Operational Excellence. Mika completed a Business Executive Leadership Program at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2019 and earned an MSc from Tampere University of Technology in 2000.
