Kemal Tas has extensive experience in the LED lighting sector as the Managing Director and Chief Lighting Officer at Ledstores since September 2013, driving the company’s mission of providing sustainable lighting solutions across West Europe. As the founder and mentor at nlgroeit since June 2018, Kemal supports entrepreneurs in enhancing the Dutch economy. Involvement in various organizations, including the Shopping Awards as a vakexpert and the Entrepreneurs' Organization, fosters continuous professional development. Prior roles at ING Nederland and ASR involved managing business intelligence and reporting, alongside academic credentials in Business Information and Lighting Design.
