BJ H. is the CEO (Managing Director) of Ledvance Korea Co., Ltd., a role they have held since 2024. They previously led global sales at GigaLane from 2017 to 2020 and served as Country manager (Head of Sales) at INGUN Group from 2022 to 2024, as well as Head of Sales, Director of the Opto Semi Division at CoAsia Electronics Corp. from 2020 to 2021. They also held leadership positions including General Manager for Central/North/East Europe at Seoul Semiconductor Co., Ltd. from 2015 to 2017, and regional management roles at Lock & Lock (NA & Latin America, 2005–2008) and cuchen (Assistant sales manager / Executive Secretary for Chairman, 2002–2005). They earned an MBA from the University of Surrey (2014–2016) and held a bachelor's degree in Chemical Environmental Engineering from Soongsil University (1993–2002).
