Everton Mello has extensive experience in the lighting industry, currently serving as CEO for LATAM and Brazil at LEDVANCE since July 2016. Prior to this role, Everton held multiple leadership positions, including CEO of OSRAM BRAZIL from October 1990 to June 2016. Everton's educational background includes degrees in Electronic Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and in International Business and Global Management from FGV and Cornell University, respectively.
