James Radcliffe

James Radcliffe has extensive experience in service engineering and equipment management, currently serving as a Sr Service Engineer II at LEDVANCE since September 2014. In this role, responsibilities include building and assembling machinery, field service, and project management. Prior to this, James held various positions at OSRAM SYLVANIA from October 1984, including Sr Service Engineer II, General Foreman of Maintenance, Equipment Specialist II, and Maintenance Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in relocating manufacturing equipment and managing maintenance operations. James’s technical foundation comes from a diploma in Welding Metal Working from Hollis Area High School, complemented by a long history of business and technical education with Osram Sylvania.
