Joe Silva

Joe Silva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in high-level financial management and analysis. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at LEDVANCE since July 2016, Joe plays a vital role in one of the leading global providers of lighting solutions. Prior to this, Joe held multiple positions at OSRAM SYLVANIA, including Director of HQ Controlling and Analysis, where responsibilities included accounting management and financial oversight. Joe's career began at CDM Smith as a Senior Revenue Accountant and at East Cambridge Savings Bank as a Bank Secrecy Act Program Coordinator. Joe holds a Master's degree in Finance from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Salem State University.
