Jonathan Lubeck

Jonathan Lubeck currently serves as USC Region CEO for LEDVANCE, overseeing operations in the US and Canada since July 2016, and has held various leadership positions within the company, including CEO and Vice President roles in trade sales and customer service. Prior to joining LEDVANCE, Jonathan worked at Osram Sylvania for over 25 years, progressing through positions such as Strategic Account Manager and Channel Sales Operations Manager. Educationally, Jonathan completed the OSRAM Senior Leadership Training at The Gap Partnership in 2017 and the OSRAM Sylvania BMI in Leadership Development at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2006, in addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from Keene State College in 1989.
