Kelvin Simon

Kelvin Simon is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in solar energy, supply chain management, and foreign trade. Currently serving as the Gerente de Produtos LATAM at LEDVANCE since 2025, Kelvin leads the complete product development cycle for photovoltaic solutions. Previously, Kelvin worked as an electrical engineer at BelEnergy Energia Solar, where significant achievements included saving R$650,000 through supplier negotiations. Kelvin's early career included roles as an analyst and intern, focusing on low voltage electrical projects while obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
