Lynnette Schaeffer

Lynnette Schaeffer, LC M.B.A., currently serves as the Director of Training at LEDVANCE, overseeing training for sales and related employees and managing the LightPoint training facility since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at EiKO as Sr. Director of Marketing and Training, where Lynnette led product launches and developed marketing strategies, and earlier positions as Director of Training and Training Manager. Lynnette has also held significant account management roles at organizations such as Reelcraft Industries, Hubbell Lighting, and Philips Lighting, contributing to sales growth and strategic development. Lynnette holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA from St. Ambrose University.
