Ming Li

Ming Li is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the lighting and electronics industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for LEDVANCE in the US and Canada since September 2016. In this strategic role, responsibilities encompass the entire product life cycle, including innovation, delivery, human resources, product marketing, supply chain planning, and procurement. Prior positions at LEDVANCE include Chief Supply Chain Officer and Head of Product Marketing, where Ming Li led teams in product strategy and operational efficiency. With earlier roles at Osram Sylvania focusing on engineering and product development and a tenure at Panasonic in R&D, Ming Li's expertise is further supported by a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Peking University and a Ph.D. in Laser Physics from the University of Connecticut.
