Nil Soares

Nil Soares is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in personnel administration and strategic HR management. Prior to the current role as HRBP Manager at LEDVANCE, starting in January 2022, Nil served as HR Supervisor at Agis Distribuição from September 2015 to August 2021, leading payroll operations and people administration compliance. Earlier experience includes the position of HR Analyst at Escritório Independência from December 2010 to September 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing personnel routines for 40 partner clients. Nil holds a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and is currently pursuing an MBA in High Performance Leadership at the same institution, expected to be completed in 2026.
