Paul Spencer is a highly experienced Senior Principal Software Engineer and Embedded Systems Expert at LEDVANCE, specializing in product commercialization and wireless communications, particularly in Bluetooth, BLE Mesh, and ZigBee protocols. With a proven track record of creating smart-enabled consumer products for the emerging IoT marketplace, Paul has extensive experience in international business practices and innovation delivery. As the Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at 5D Innovations, LLC, responsibilities include engineering and R&D for analytics software, along with interim marketing and sales roles. Previous positions include Managing Partner at LoyaltySystems, LLC, and various engineering and consulting roles at notable companies such as Johnson & Johnson Medical and Kodak. Paul holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of Rochester and dual Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and Clarkson University.
