Roman Ostertag

Roman Ostertag is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the lighting industry. As the Country CEO at LEDVANCE since July 2016, Roman oversees operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, handling P&L, sales, marketing, and various management functions. Prior to this, Roman served as CEO and Sales Director for OSRAM Česká republika, and held leadership roles at Siemens Academy and VA TECH. Roman's career began at OSRAM, where responsibilities included marketing management across multiple sectors. Roman holds a degree in ecological engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
