Thomas Traunspurger has extensive experience in product cost controlling and business administration, currently serving as Head of Product Cost Controlling for Western Europe and Head of Business Administration for LED Lamps EMEA at LEDVANCE since July 2016. Prior to this, Thomas held similar roles at OSRAM from March 2014 to June 2016. Thomas's career began at Siemens, where from October 2004 to February 2014, various roles included Kaufmännischer Leiter for global product management and segment parking. Earlier positions at Siemens Communications involved commercial leadership in Access Solutions and technical calculations. Thomas commenced a career in quality assurance and as an apprentice in electronics from September 1981 to December 1985. Educational qualifications include a BWL degree from Soziales Seminar München e.V. and a certified technician in data processing from Techniker Abendschule München.
