Jake Dotson

Jake Dotson is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Lee Company since September 2011. Previous roles include Director of Emerging Markets and Director of Regional Operations in Home Services, where Jake provided strategic leadership for regional growth and operational excellence. Earlier positions at Hiller Plumbing Heating & Cooling and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning involved roles as Comfort Advisor and Project Manager, focusing on customer interaction and project management.
