Robert E. L. is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and performance management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Lee Company since October 2019, Robert also holds leadership positions at TrackIT Performance Management as the Owner/Board member and at Drakes Bay Oyster Company as the Owner. Prior experience includes partnership at 2m2k Partners, LLC from July 2016 to October 2019, and Chief Operating Officer at 20|20 Research from 2012 to 2016. Robert's education culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Throughout the career, a strong focus has been placed on improving organizational performance and delivering exceptional service.
