Jonathan Witenko

Jonathan Witenko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in Healthcare IT Management at Long Island University since January 2024, Jonathan has held significant roles at Lee Health since March 2011, including System Director of Virtual Health and Telemedicine, where leadership of strategic initiatives in virtual health has been a key focus. Prior to this, Jonathan held various positions at Lee Health, including Senior Project Manager and Business System Analyst, overseeing critical telehealth and technical projects. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP & Director of IT & Facilities at First Community Bank of Southwest Florida, where oversight of the bank's technological infrastructure and expansion efforts was vital. Jonathan holds multiple degrees from the University of Florida, culminating with a Master's in Computer Science.
