John Karafa

John Karafa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John started their career as an Engineer at Law Engineering in 1988, and in 1990, they became a Sr Project Manager at Quality Environmental. In 1993, they became the President of Rickmond Environmental until 1997, when they moved on to become the General Manager of Construction at Alrod Enterprises. John then served as a Project Manager at Horne Engineering from 2000-2002. From 2002-2006, they worked as the General Manager at ECOR Federal. In 2006, they became the President of Karcon and subsequently became the President/Owner of Leebcor Services, LLC in 2008.

John Karafa attended the Virginia Military Institute from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
