Tom Babbitt

Tom Babbitt is a Partner at Leech Tishman, where they focus on intellectual property-related matters, particularly in patent rights across various technical fields including chemical, biochemical, medical, mechanical, and semiconductor arts. They previously served as a Partner at Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman from 1995 to 2018, specializing in similar areas of intellectual property law. Tom began their career as an engineer at Filtrol from 1985 to 1989 and holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from California State University, Long Beach, as well as a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
