Jo Friedrichs

Jo Friedrichs has an extensive background in corporate management and human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate Services at Leed since May 2013. In this role, Jo develops and implements strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness in areas such as talent acquisition, workplace culture, and compliance. Previous positions at Leed include People and Systems Manager and People & Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR functions, managing business system changes, and directing human resources strategy. Prior to Leed, Jo held various roles at BHP Billiton, including Project Manager in Group Public Affairs and Senior Manager Group Global Mobility, and began a career in business advisory at Moore Stephens. Jo holds a degree from the University of South Australia, completed between 1995 and 1997.
