Kendra E.

Kendra E. has extensive work experience, beginning with Hallmark Cards in 2004 as a Floor Manager where they recruited, trained, and managed 15 staff members, delivered superior customer service, and resolved customer complaints to ensure optimal satisfaction. Kendra then moved on to Macy's in 2007 as a Retail Salesperson where they supervised and improved customers' fitting room experience, earned a reputation for developing consultative relationships with customers, and directed product placement and marketing initiatives to exceed aggressive corporate sales goals by $10K annually. In 2008, they joined Tiffany & Co. as an Operations Assistant where they performed operations functions to support the store in exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plan, cultivated strong relationships with 100+ customers to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, and effectively handled internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence. In 2012, they joined E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc. as an Office Manager, where they were promoted rapidly from Receptionist to Front Desk Office Manager within 3-months. Kendra oversaw all office operations including payroll, expense reporting, purchase orders, and headquarter invoices, and assisted the Legal and Human Resources Departments with executing offer letters, termination documents, timesheets, internal records of affidavits, and subpoenas. Most recently, they joined Leeding Builders Group in 2022 as a Project Administrative Assistant.

Kendra E. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from CUNY New York City College of Technology. Kendra obtained their Advanced Paralegal Certification (APC) from Borough of Manhattan Community College in June 2020 and is currently working towards their Advance Legal Research and Writing and Certified Compliance Specialist certifications from Borough of Manhattan Community College and Morgan State University, respectively.
