Tom Wright has extensive experience in the theatre industry, serving as Head of Artist Development at The Old Vic from September 2015 to March 2020, and most recently as Artistic Director at Leeds Playhouse since May 2025. Wright held the position of New Work Associate and Associate Artistic Director at Kiln Theatre between January 2020 and April 2024. Educational qualifications include a First Class Honours degree from Guildford School of Acting and an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London.
