Jonathan Wegerle

Jono Wegerle is a seasoned entrepreneur and creative strategist with extensive experience in brand development, marketing, and customer experience management. As the Owner and Director of Ideate Studios since January 2015, Jono leads a team that transforms client challenges into innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Marketing Solutions Advisor at Leegra, Jono previously held key roles including Managing Director and Brand Development Specialist at Your Brand Agency, where Jono implemented comprehensive brand strategies. Jono's expertise also encompasses customer and employee engagement, having held positions such as Customer & Employee Experience Advisor at Torque Solutions and Employee Engagement Advisor at Orphic Experience. Additional roles include Film Director for The Scoop Africa and Experience Designer at Urban Life. Jono co-founded Clear Fusion (Pty) Ltd, guiding the company for over a decade, and has contributed as a lecturer and examiner in music education. Jono holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of South Africa and a National Higher Diploma in Performing Arts from Tshwane University of Technology.
