Jo Dogherty

Jo Dogherty is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR and Culture Director at Leep Utilities since November 2025, focusing on fostering a thriving company culture and driving compliance in a dynamic environment. Previously, Jo held the position of Chief People Officer at Verastar from August 2016 to November 2025, where responsibilities included establishing and overseeing the HR Department for multiple brands. Prior experiences also include leading HR functions at A4e, The Co-operative Bank, Barclays, MITIE, Countrywide Property Lawyers, and Sunweb Group. Jo holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in History and Psychology from University College Chester.
