Alan Farash

Alan Farash is an experienced executive in the vehicle solutions and manufacturing industries, currently serving as President and COO at LEER Group since May 2024. Previously, Alan held the position of Vice President and General Manager at REV Recreation Group from May 2022 to May 2024. From May 2019 to May 2022, Alan was the President of Reading Truck Group and also served as Vice President for Reading Truck Equipment. Earlier career milestones include being a Founding Partner at Cintel LLC (April 2014 - April 2019), Director of On Highway Business at Power Solutions International, Inc (May 2013 - April 2014), Chief Operating Officer at Wamar Technologies, LLC (April 2011 - January 2013), and President/CEO at Transeo Global Vehicle Solutions (2003 - 2009). Alan began the career journey as Vice President at Workhorse Custom Chassis from 1998 to 2003. Alan holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
