Bert Worrell

Bert Worrell is the Director of Operations for LEER Midwest, where they focus on process and people development leveraging their expertise in Quality, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, they served as the Corporate QA/Lean Manager at Polygon Composites Technology and held roles as Operations/Quality Manager at Johnson Controls and Quality/Production Manager at Shafer Gear Works. Bert earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University.
