Patrick C. is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at LEER Group since April 2024, Patrick inspires a large team to achieve operational excellence while leveraging expertise in supply chain processes and logistics. Previously, as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Springfield Armory, Inc., Patrick successfully implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, significantly improving inventory turnover. At Power Solutions International, Patrick launched a new engine plant and achieved substantial market growth by consolidating operations and enhancing manufacturing efficiency. With a background at General Motors spanning over two decades, Patrick held various leadership roles, including Manufacturing Superintendent, where oversight included safety and quality metrics, as well as cost management. Patrick holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Kettering University in Manufacturing Operations and Lean Production Systems and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
