Janice Varney

Janice Varney is an experienced executive with a robust background in medical and surgical contract management and centralized purchasing. Currently serving as Executive Director at Leesar, Inc. since January 2023, Janice previously held the position of Director of Medical/Surgical Contracts at Cooperative Services of Florida from September 2013 to February 2023. Key responsibilities included collaborating with members and vendors to enhance supply contracts and maximize purchasing power through effective negotiation and contracting processes. Prior to that, Janice was Director of Centralized Purchasing at LeeSar Regional Service Center from 2005 to September 2013. Janice holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Florida SouthWestern State College and completed studies at The Wharton School in 2015.
